GSS Gwoza passed out many students since 1977 to date. Many of them moved into Universities, Polytechnics and Colleges to become Academics, Doctors, Engineers, Lawyers and professionals in other disciplines. These old students have decided to come together in December 2005 to form and register what is now called ‘Gwoza Old Students Association (GWOSA)’. The first National Convention and Annual General Meeting were held on 2nd and 3rd December, 2005. The convention was attended by nearly 500 old students who registered, 4 former Principals and the Deputy Governor of Borno State (represented by a Commissioner). National officers for GWOSA were elected.
